This year the Conference will take place on 6-7th of November 2010 in Gdynia Hotel, located at the very center of Gdynia
This year following speakers confirmed their presence at Baltictech 2010:
Tom Mount - is a pioneering technical diver. In 1991 Tom Mount joined Dick Rutkowski in the new organisation formed by Rutkowski, IANTD, dedicated to teaching Nitrox to recreational divers. In 1992 Tom was named President and Chief Executive Office of IANTD, a position that he held until 2005. Tom was also one of the pioneers in relation to diver training and development of dive tables in relation to the use of trimix as a breathing gas for diving. At the time, and for many years subsequently, IANTD was the only technical diver training organisation in the world. Tom has published a number of technical diving texts, including the Technical Diver Encyclopedia, Exploration and Mixed Gas Diving Encyclopedia and Tek Closed Circuit Rebreather. He remains a member of the board of directors of the IANTD. He was also a founding member of the National Association for Cave Diving, the first cave diver training organisation in the United States. For a short period of time Tom jointly held the world record for deepest dive using compressed air.
Jarrod Jablonski - is an avid explorer, researcher, author, and instructor teaching, and diving in oceans and caves around the world. Trained as a geologist, Jarrod is the founder and president of Global Underwater Explorers; GUE is international non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation and discovery of the aquatic realm. Jarrod is also the CEO of Halcyon Manufacturing and Extreme Exposure Adventure Center while remaining active in conservation, exploration, and filming projects worldwide. His explorations regularly place him in the most remote locations in the world, including several world record excursions at 300feet during cave penetrations in excess of 25,000feet/7km; these dives include bottom times of 12 hours with total immersions of roughly 30 hours. Jarrod is also an author with dozens of publications, including a range of books and articles.

Phill Short - Regarded by many as one of Europe's foremost technical diving instructors Phill Short runs his own technical diving company specializing in advanced diver training to all levels. He was a development diver for both the VR3 computer and the Ouroboros Closed Circuit rebreather. When he is not instructing or testing equipment he runs expeditions to seriously remote locations such as eastern Russia where temperatures are well below freezing. At heart he is a cave diver and has to his credit explored some of the toughest caves in Europe.

Casey McKinlay - is a renowned aquatic explorer with more than 20 years of active research and discovery experience. Casey is currently responsible for directing operations for the Woodville Karst Plain Project (WKPP) which is the most active and successful cave diving exploratory project in the world with more than one hundred members. The WKPP recently received a Resolution from Florida Governor Crist and the Florida Cabinet recognizing the project's 20 year contribution towards underwater cave exploration and its work to protect Wakulla Springs. Casey and his diving partner Jarrod Jablonski hold several cave diving world records including the longest exploration dive into a flooded cave system at more than 5 miles requiring more than 28 hours underwater. Casey serves on the GUE Board of Directors, is a fellow of the Explorers Club and serves as an advisor to the Wakulla Springs Water Quality Working Group and Unit Management Planning Committee, promoting responsible use, study and protection relevant to water quality issues affecting Florida Springs. Casey along with Global Underwater Explorers recently completed 3 cave diving expeditions to mainland China at the invitation of the Chinese government in addition to assisting with ongoing exploration and research projects in the Bahamas and Mexico.

Jacek Kot - doctor, a specialist in anesthesia and intensive care, since 1995 an employee of the National Center for Hyperbaric Medicine in Gdynia; doctorate in medical science on the basis of hearing "Programming nitroksowych saturowanych exposure." Co-author of the book "Nitrox: A Guide for Divers" (2006). Dives since 1981, and diving instructor M3 KDP / CMAS instructor nitroksowy Mn2 KDP / CMAS, TDI nitroksowy instructor, instructor SCR TDI, IANTD diver trimiksowy. Sebastian Popek - by profession an information systems designer; diving instructor IANTD. For over 12 years devoted to finding and identifying wrecks of the Polish part pf the Baltic Sea. Co-founder of the Baltic Wreck Society, co-owner of wreck themed portals: www.wrecksdiving.com www.balticwrecks.com. Organiser and Head of the expedition to the wrecks of the Baltic Sea (including the Wilhelm Gustloff, Graf Zeppelin, Muhlhausen, Bremerhaven). Co-author of the book "Baltic Wrecks" and the author of several articles on wreck diving (including DirQuest, Diving, Octopus). He constantly seeks new challenges and new wrecks to see.

Mikołaj Wróbel - orthopedist, traumatologist, co-founder of the hospital Ortopedika, trimix diver, diving instructor, diving for 15 years. He gained Experience in sports traumaby working with the olympic staff in the Carolina Medical Center. He took part in the Polish stabilization mission in Iraq. He specializes in arthroscopic surgery.
Wojtek A. Filip - diving for 22 years; made several thousand dives in various places around the world;a technical diver / wreck diver / cave diver / GUE and IANTD Instructor; Professional diving equipment tester; Service engineer; author of "Conscious Diving - author's diving teaching method"; Creator and maintainer of diving education and information portal Trek Dive Group; author of numerous publications related to diving.
Sławomir Paćko - Trimix Diver IANTD, Cave Diver IANTD & NACD, Technical Wreck Diver IANTD . Co-founder of „Technika Podwodna”. Specialized in underwater videography in demanding low light conditions of cave and deep technical wreck dives, author of almost 100 underwater videos, some of them known worldwide, some were used in commercial and documentary TV programmes.
Christian Ekstrom - Christian was born and lives in Alands (where the most interesting Baltic wrecks are placed). Practically dives from childhood. Participated in a number of major diving expeditions to deep Baltic wrecks. He also made dives on wrecks resting more than 100 meters such as the Sea Horse and Centric. Participated in the first Swedish expedition to the Polish Grom wreck in Narvik.During the conference, tels us about this year's discovery- the oldest bottle of champagne in the world, found on the one of Aland wrecks. He also presents other interesting wrecks and divers cooperation with the local Maritime Museum.

On Saturday night at 8 pm enjoy the Banquet, during which diplomas Grand Prix Photo Balictech 2010 will be awarded.
Then there shall be prize draw among all participants of the Conference.
After the official part, we plan to play until the morning...
